We have a lovely, light double room available immediately.

The room is a very nice, upstairs furnished double room, in a popular, friendly house in a great location in Horfield, just off the Gloucester Road, and between Kellaway Avenue and Muller Road - easy walking distance to Southmead Hospital and other local amenities.

It is well-positioned for travel into the centre of Bristol, Westbury/Clifton or towards Filton and Aztec West and the motorway.

The house was fully refurbished a short time ago to a high standard, and the room is furnished with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, bedside light and has both TV and data points.

In the house there is a comfy shared lounge with Smart TV, and a large well fitted and equipped shared kitchen with washing machine and dryer, and all sharers have a good amount of space in both Fridges and Freezers.

The house is shared by other professionals, working in engineering, aerospace, healthcare, the Ministry of Justice and design. All are relaxed, sociable, tidy, considerate and outgoing.
