The shared accommodation comprises a large fully furnished lounge /dining room with double doors onto a lovely sunny terrace and pretty garden. the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space. The room that is available is a comfortable double with its own shower room.

Bikes can be stored in a secure garden shed and there is off street parking for 1/2 cars depending on size, free on street parking.

The rent is inclusive of broadband, all bills, weekly cleaning of the shared areas and regular garden maintenance in the summer months
