Double room in friendly and sociable house share

A room is available as of now in our lovely house share. The room will come furnished with double bed and built-in cupboards.

The house has a very comfy living room, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine and one bathroom with electric shower. There is some storage space under the staircase an on the top floor landing. The whole house has just been painted and various bits of maintenance done. We also have a small, wild garden at the back of the house which is lovely in the summer and has two raised beds and a lot of pots for growing veg.

You will be sharing with me Christine (34) and Katrina (31).
I work full time as a handweaver with people with learning difficulties north of Bristol. I'm also doing a part-time training to become a design-handweaver. Beside work and my course I enjoy cooking, cycling, walking, dancing (I do some contact impro dance) music, growing vegetables, meeting new people and making friends. I'm also in an essential buying group based in St Andrews. I've been living in Bristol for 2 1/2 years now and I really like it here :).

Katrina works as a 'Recovery Navigator' (somewhere between support worker and care coordinator) in mental health. She generally feels happiest in nature whether that's camping, hiking, cycling or running. She is also a dancer, reader, meditator and occasionally makes things with textiles.

We like cooking together with others or sharing meals sometimes (we're vegetarian). We're both happy for chats and do stuff outside of the house together sometimes but also give each other space.

We are looking for a sociable, considerate and reasonably clean person 26+ who wants to contribute towards making the house a home.

Rent is £365 + bills (currently £82.71). We have a private landlord, however an agency fee (£210) will become due for reference checks. Also a deposit (£375) will be payable.
