Looking for a male housemate. Freshly decorated double en-suite room in a shared house available now. There are 3 friendly other housemates (3 guys) and we are hoping to find another to fill the fourth room. This room comes with en-suite shower room.

This is a really lovely room with all furniture included (plus your own wall mounted TV). There is shared living area with large smart TV and garden. All bills are also included and the house has use of a washing machine and dryer. The living area is for all 4 housemates. There is gated off street parking available. I'm looking for a clean and tidy tenant who is respectful to other housemates and neighbours.

The house is situated the Horfield end of Filton Avenue with great transport links. It is within easy walking distance to Horfield Leisure Centre, Southmead Hospital and Gloucester Road Pubs! MOD, UWE, Airbus and Aztec West are all within close proximity to the house and there are excellent motorway links to the north of the city. Frequent busses run to town from nearby.

£550 is required as a deposit, which is put into a Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
Minimum contract of 6 months, strictly no smokers, couples or pets.
