Private bedroom x 2 available, each with a single bed, in a four-bed Executive detached property in green, spacious and quiet location surrounded by beautiful countryside and local amenities.

A comfortable single room offers a quality bed, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, bookcase, display shelving, workspace desk with chair and a mirror.

Facilities include luxurious and spacious family sized private bathroom (which is shared with one other house mate during times when both bedrooms are let) situated right next to the bedroom with a nice shower, sink, toilet, mirrored bathroom cabinet, mirror and a bath.

The room is available straight away after a viewing for the full week or on a Monday to Friday basis if preferred for your circumstances - please enquire with an introduction of yourself and what you are looking for. This house offers a an exceptional and well appointed kitchen for preparing meals (which is kept tidy and clean after use), a nice conservatory with relaxing seating area plus a large beautiful professionally landscaped garden with a spacious patio, outdoor seating, table, parasol and furniture.

Each room is very secure and you will have your own key to ensure privacy. The room may on occasion be accessed for a fornightly clean by a cleaner or the landlord.

Utilities including gas, electric, water and broadband are included in the rent. 

There is ample and easy parking in front of the house on the road and there is often a driveway parking space available. Garage access available for bicycles.

Wifi is available throughout the house.
I work from home and have a good knowledge of Bristol and Bath and am often available to help house mates get settled e. g. international student.

This spacious room is ideal for anyone needing a larger space and comprises a quality and comfortable single bed, spacious wardrobe, mirror, bookcase, shelving, a large workspace desk, chair, lamp and TV point.

The rooms are at the rear of the house overlooking the large garden with no/little street noise and lots of natural light. 

These rooms would be ideally suited to anyone seeking a room within easy driving distance to Bristol or Bath (including Bath Spa University) and the surrounding area whether working, student or a professional. 

Shoes are taken off inside the home.

Keynsham is a popular town full of life and has lots to offer from a large beautiful park,  a high street full of shops, banks, restaurants and pubs,  gyms, leisure centre and beautiful surroundings for walks, cycling and relaxation.

Keynsham is half way from the cities of Bath and Bristol with excellent transport links including a ring road from the Motorway and is situated on the main route from Bristol to Bath using the A4.  Keynsham has its own train station with frequent trains to Bristol, Bath and Parkway which in turn offer excellent links to London, Cardiff etc. It's a 5 minute train journey to Bristol Temple Meads and around 10 minutes to Bath Spa train station making both City centres just a close hop away. You can leave a car free of charge at the  Keynsham station long stay car park (daytime opening hours). If walking the station is, however,  approximately a 30 minute walk. 

Please note, if commuting to central Bristol or Bristol University by bus or train alone then Keynsham will not be ideal. The location of the property is best suited to those using a car owners or those working/ visiting locally.  Bath Spa University is however a close commute by bus, car or cycle. To check distance on Google Maps, please use postcode BS31 1JZ.
Deposit of £400 due upfront and applicants should be employed, self-employed, or have a university /work placement evidence. Please note DSS, unemployed, pets or housing allowance applicants are not considered at this time.

Access to some parts of the house such as the landlords work from home rooms is restricted. However house mates have access to and enjoy sharing the large communal kitchen/ dining and conservatory seating area including a breakfast bar, sofa, coffee table and seating to enjoy relaxing and eating.

Please note - the room is for single occupancy only. Guests/visitors are permitted with the landlords permission and visitors may not stay overnight.
