The house is situated in the market town of Keynsham, between Bath and Bristol, on a quiet development, where we are offering a fully furnished double room with large fitted wardrobes and television. There is also a large family bathroom with a bath and shower, which will be solely for your use as the others have their own en-suites.

The house includes communal living and dining rooms, plus a large kitchen diner and study area which you are free to use. There is also a large garden which gets sun throughout the day.

We also have 2 friendly cats. There is currently 1 full time male resident (39) living at the property and one other full time male lodger (42)..

5 mins walk from local convenience store. Just a 15-minute walk into the town centre with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants, plus lots of access to public transport to visit the neighbouring cities.

Just a 25 mins walk to the local train station and a short train ride of less than 10 minutes, you can be in either city.

Also just so you know, I've recently put the house on the market. No idea how long things will take in the current climate so can’t guarantee the room long term (as a minimum I’m sure I’ll be around at least 4 months, but maybe longer). Therefore I’m very flexible with term and happy to consider short term lets or week by week/month by month arrangements.
