A4 (airport bus) a short walk and X39 5 minutes walk away. Keynsham is a convenient town with a Tesco, a Waitrose and Iceland. There is leisure centre, gym and a high street full of shops, pubs and restaurants.
We welcome international students and are used to helping with English skills and providing support when needed. This is not a party house but we do occasionally enjoy a drink and a meal together.
It is important that a potential tenant is comfortable around dogs. There is a friendly and loving dog resident, and she can be boisterous at times. There is also a cat who lives mostly in the garage.
