The bus stop for main bus route into the centre and toward UWE Glenside and Frenchay campuses is well serviced and less than a minutes walk away.

On street parking is available at no extra cost.

The property features a large sociable lounge with 2 3-seaters and a 4-seater sofa (one of which is a sofa-bed for friends coming to stay!). Room 4 - Currently reserved - Spacious and bright bedroom with large bay window. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table included. TV point in room. Currently also has a shelving unit but this can be removed if you'd prefer to use the space for a desk :) (Photos 4-5)
