Ensuite Double. Kingswood. Available January 18Th

Hi!

We're looking for a couple or an individual to move into our large, en-suite double room at the top of the house, in a Victorian terrace in Kingswood.

The room will be available on January 18th.

We are close to all amenities, an easy commute to the city or the M4, and a stone's throw from a Lidl (keeps your grocery outgoings low). We also have a nice garden and tidy approach to shared living.

The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house has all you generally need. The rent cost for the room is £600 per month. The bills work out to be approx £116 for a single tenant or £87 each with a couple, including council tax. You will get the whole top floor of the house to yourself/selves :)

We are a single man and a single woman in our early thirties. We are both support workers, one a seamstress and one of us a music producer (regular loud noise isn't a problem here though - headphones save communities!).

We would like a person or couple of similar age to us (27-38ish) who are responsible around the house and cares about living in a tidy and chilled home. We've got a pretty good setup here without any cleaning rotas and want to keep it that way.
