There is CCTV and electric fob gates to enter the car park and premises. The room is on excellent commuter links. Temple Meads, major ring roads & motor ways (M32 M4 M5) just a few miles away. Buses run every ten minutes to the centre of Bristol (only 2 miles). Bus stops on the doorstep either way, plus the service runs until 2 am. The new CO-OP is close along with all other major amenities.
The room is exceptionally good value as most lets just a little closer to the centre are approx £100-150 PCM more expensive?
I am currently looking for a Monday to Friday let. However I am happy to consider shorter stays of 2-4 days (min 2 nights) per wk booked monthly. £100-150. deposit.
