Beautiful double Furnished room in Kingswood

The room includes a bed and mattresses, wardrobe, tv/storage unit, side table, ottoman, mirror and lamp shown in pics. The rent includes all bills, high speed virgin broadband and a cleaner for the communal areas once a week. There is a shared bathroom with a bath and shower, toilet and basin, and a downstairs toilet and basin. The communal area is one big room with a modern kitchen with an island, 6 seater table and chairs, breakfast bar and stools and a living area at the bottom of the room, with a 50” smart tv, 2 sofas and coffee table over looking the garden with bifold doors. (Currently waiting on new coffee table and 2 new sofas from DFS, this is why you can’t see the sofas in the pics). The kitchen has everything you need, it’s a lovely sociable space, two sky lights bringing in lots of natural light, plenty of space for cooking with the granite island.
Two of us currently living here, in two of the rooms, friendly, sociable guys, but please messy/untidy people stay away!
The house is situated in a quiet street, two minutes walk to the high street, shops and bus stops.
I do have a cat but due to allergies anyone may have, he does not go into this bedroom.
I also am open to Monday to Friday let’s’ and I have all the needed bedding for the bed and also a 32” smart tv to go in the room if needed, if it’s not gonna be your first home.
