Double Room In A Shared House.

Hi there, we have two fully furnished double rooms available in our house. The rooms are available from 2nd November

The house has a good sized living room with an open plan layout into the dining room. There's a kitchen with separate utility room towards the back of the house, and the main bathroom is downstairs too. We have a large garden out the back, perfect for BBQs, veg growing, and lounging out on the lawn. Free parking is available on the street opposite, and we have secure cycle parking on the front. We also have a cat Abby, who is kept indoors and generally has free rain over the communal spaces.

The room available is £400 per month. This doesn't include bills. There's another 2 bedrooms on this floor, with the final room and another bathroom in the loft area

We mostly work 9-5 mon-fri and sometimes work from home, all our rooms have desks, but we sometimes will work together in the living/dining room. We are pretty quiet during the week, but we do enjoy going out on the weekends together or with other friends. We are generally quite a sociable house, we try and eat together once a week and will often watch movies/TV, but do respect each others space too whenever we need some down time. Abby is very friendly and likes to play, she's well behaved and would love to meet a new cat loving friend!
