There will be a large double bedroom available from the 1st June, unfurnished and sharing with only 1 other person. The house is lovely and spacious with shared living and dining area, south facing kitchen with a nice patio area out the back with a picnic bench and plenty of plants. There is street parking but you'd have shared access to the garage too. The bathroom is newly renovated and the bedroom is large enough for furnishings including a desk if you work from home.
The price includes bills which is Council tax, water, energy, super fast virgin WiFi and you'll also have access to Netflix and free view TV if interested.
You'd be sharing with someone who works from home part of the week, enjoys cooking, chilled evenings, the odd dinner date with friends, home workouts, loud music now and again over the weekend, a touch of gardening and dogs. There will be a very friendly labrador staying in the house now and again so I'm looking for someone who also loves dogs. I'm open to someone bringing their own pet but will need to discuss first. I'm looking for a friendly, considerate and tidy person to share with and someone who won't bring parties back but up for a laugh and fun! I'm organising this on behalf of the landlords/letting agent so need someone reliable and can stay until the tenancy ends on the 31st Dec 2022. Referencing will take place too once everything has been agreed.
