We would like friendly and considerate professionals who can keep the communal areas clean and tidy. You will be sharing with a hard working health care assistant.

The house has got a shared kitchen, utility room, downstairs bathroom with shower over bath, living room with wood burning stove and a good size garden.

It is located near Cossham hospital at the highest point in Bristol (BS15 1LL) has got easy free on street parking, is close to all amenities and has easy access to the cycle path.

Pets: no dogs but a cat or small well behaved animals may be considered.
