I have a lovely double bedroom to rent, available immediately, in Kingswood, on a mon-fri basis. The house is on the number 6 bus route (bus stop literally at the end of the road) and very close to the number 7 route.

The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables and a small wardrobe. There's plenty of storage available under the bed too. It's recently decorated and fresh and clean.

The house is a 3 bedroom house, you'd be living with me (30) and my beautiful but timid little cavalier king charles spaniel. We're a laid back and chilled household.

The house is a three bedroom mid terrace, there's plenty of parking in the road and you'll never struggle to get a space outside the house. It has a modern bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle and also a downstairs loo too. There's a modern lounge and a huge conservatory that doubles as a second lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house is kept well. There's a garden at the back which gets the sun all day in the summer, with a great and very comfy pallet sofa and BBQ with firepit that makes those summer evenings beautiful!

We're looking for someone that enjoys a good Netflix series, although with the lounge and conservatory it's absolutely fine to have your own space too. We're close to Kingswood high street and there's good pubs and takeaways really close to the house too.
