Double Room In Beautiful House - Female Housemate

Looking for a female to rent our double room from 14th Feb:

Double room available in Knowle BS42EP. Just off the Wells road.. behind Broad Walk. A 5 minute walk to Totterdown. On the bus route. Short walk to temple meads. The only downfall is you’ll have to live with me, Ryan and our three dogs.

YOU MUST:
• like dogs (If you aren’t keen this isn’t for you)
• be in full time employment
• need to move in ASAP (14 feb)
• not be a party animal (the dogs bark when people come in so if you’re rocking up after midnight a few times a week this won’t work)
• be tidy and respectful

The house is big. 3 bedrooms, huge lounge diner. Large kitchen and a reasonably sized garden. Bathroom has a good sized bath and heavy shower. There is also an outhouse where the washing machine and tumble dryer live which has a decent amount of storage. Parking is free. There is WiFi/sky tv. I do work from home a fair bit at the moment but I try to clear away come the end of the day.

I am an artist and I have my studio based in Whitchurch but also work from home when it’s really cold.. Ryan is a professional Strongman and also a scaffolder. The dogs are small/medium. Ralph, Ty and Chase. Ralph and Ty are both rescues and all three are characters. Ideally looking for someone who is down to earth and respectful. Who doesn’t live for the weekend to get smashed and party hard.. we are both heavily into our fitness and enjoy the home to be somewhere to relax when we can.

The room is a double room at the other end of the house to our room, it will be completely unfurnished. It is a lovely light room overlooking the garden. There are two shelves but otherwise the room will be completely clear of furniture. The tenancy is until the beginning of November. No couples. No more dogs sorry.

£550 bills included.
Deposit is 1 months rent.
