The room is fully furnished including one small double bed, one bedside table and a spacious build-in wardrobe. The room is south-facing and has beautiful views to the back garden. There is access to a secure wireless Virgin Media fast fibre broadband throughout the house.

The accommodation is a spacious and comfortable semi-detached house in a quiet residential area with beautiful views, just 1. 1 miles to the city centre, and within 0. 6 miles of local shops and schools. It is around 15 minutes bus ride to Bristol Temple Meads train station and has excellent short travel link to Bristol City centre via N 5, 20, 36, 51, 53A, 54, 376, 511 bus services and also served and situated near other main bus routes.

It’s close to the Broadwalk shopping centre, local banks and the Post Office. It’s just off Wells Road and near Totterdown, Bath Road and Airport Road. There is a large 24hr Tesco supermarket nearby within 15 minutes walking distance.

The house has been refurbished and is in excellent condition, very tidy and clean. It has all modern conveniences, centrally heated, warm and comfortable and has proven itself to work well with a mixed, easy-going shared household of occupants. The house is very peaceful and quiet with a big, sunny garden to the rear. There is a driveway space for one car and easy parking on the street.

Included to share are one large reception room with comfy sofas, coffee table and digital TV points (The flat screen TV belongs to one of the housemates). They are in their late twenties and thirties and always busy with work, study and socialising. They are all laid back, (but tidy and clean) easy going, mature, quiet, positive and very sociable.

They are seeking a like-minded professional who is thoughtful and willing to share house cleaning duties; a person who is quiet, mature individuals (over 22) who are working or studying part/full-time; must be tidy and considerate with no pets. Long term let (6 months minimum) from 8th of August. If you’re a long distance work commuter with a home somewhere else and only require the room during the week – that’s cool too!

The rent for single rooms is £400 including all bills. No agency or other fees, just the deposit (£400.00) required and the first month’s rent before you move in (must be cleared amounts first). References and a photo ID (passport or driving licence) required.
