Double room in spacious easy-going house + parking

Hello,

My spare room is available to rent. It is fully furnished and has a small double bed and built in storage. You will have access to all shared areas, bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden etc and all bills are included (water, gas, electricity, TV License, fibre internet).

There is loads of unrestricted street parking, secure bike storage, bus into the city centre on the corner, and a Tesco Express 5 minutes walk away. Temple Meads is about 15 minutes cycle, and University of Bristol is about 20/25 minutes cycle.

I don't know why the advert says there are three rooms because there aren't. The only other person in the house would be myself. I am pet friendly!

I am soon finishing my PhD in Civil Engineering at Bristol University. Weekday evenings I am usually at home just relaxing and watching TV. Weekends I am a mixture of being around or away for the weekend for various things. I'm easy-going and relaxed about things and looking for a housemate who is similar and friendly who doesn't mind being sociable from time to time but equally is happy with their own space.

The room is available from 5th April.
