Our housemate Jess is moving in with her boyfriend and they’ve bought a house! So we are looking for a new flatmate to share this great flat with.
You would be living with John and Alice. We have lots of things that keep us out of the flat (theatre, football, gigs, pubs) but we like to spend time socialising together at home too, having an evening in with a few drinks and some good music.
We both work from home, even in normal times, the rooms are plenty big enough for us all to do this comfortably.
The flat has a big shared living room, kitchen and bathroom with a communal garage to the back of the flat as well as amazing views out over the city.
Location wise you couldn’t get much better with just a short walk into Clifton Village over the suspension bridge or an equally short walk up to Ashton Court. The summer months are definitely prime time to be in Leigh Woods! Parking is not restricted around here either so there is no problem finding a parking space.
Ideally we are looking for a professional aged between 27 and 35 to join us. Unfortunately, the letting agent will not accept students so please do not apply if you are one!
The rent for the flat is £440 per month payable to Sarah Kenny with bills (Utilities, Council Tax, TV License & Internet) at to about £125 per month per person which we sort out between us.
The deposit is £461.
