Make my house your home :-) and I do truly mean that, the whole house and garden is there to be lived in, not just your room and yes I’m happy for you to have friends come over with some notice just not every day/night :-) and obviously according to any relevant covid tier restrictions.
I've lived with female lodgers for 10 years and it's not going to change, this is simply because I get on better with female housemates, all my friends are female and work in an all female environment both in nursing and photography and both myself and my other housemate would like another female to join the household so I cannot accept Male applicants sorry!
I’m really relaxed and easy to live with, always happy to help people if I can and am very people and green minded! :-)

Double room room in 3 bed house to share with a professional male nurse/photographer/live in landlord and another female housemate.
Would suit professionals or students, previous lodgers have been a mixture.
NB, bathroom is being renovated early spring next year as well as the lounge and flooring, the available double can be added if you’d like it decorated to your tastes :-)
The house is clean and modern with off street parking for up to 4 cars and a garage (containing gym equipment so someone into fitness would be ideal! ), garden (with apples/grapes/strawberries/lawn/pergola/decking/hot tub/trees), washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, bbq, internet, gas central heating, electric shower and bath, downstairs cloakroom/toilet, large lounge, under stairs storage, loft storage, tv/DVD/loads of movies/box sets, everything you might need in the kitchen and the best landlord in the world :-)
Situated in a lovely quiet cul de sac location on the outskirts of emersons green. Near to the A4174 Avon ring road and the Bristol bath cycle track. Lots of local amenities/shops/local gyms and excellent road links to Bristol, Bath and the M4/M32 motorways. MOD, local hospitals, UWE (both Glenside and main Frenchay campus) plus many more big employers nearby :) Bath is only 15 mins and Bristol centre only 20 mins.
Lovely private suntrap garden and full use of the house and facilities. With a nature reserve at the end of the street :-)

A homely, safe, friendly, relaxed and happy atmosphere always at hand and I do cook extremely well so foodies are welcome! Smoking is fine outside in the garden or garage. I'm a genuinely nice guy and all my previous lodgers have become good friends that I'm still in touch with now :-)
You must like cats as I have 2!
I often go away or am at work on shifts so you'll get plenty of time with the house to yourself :-)
