Double room in period cottage

I have a double room for rent. I've just finished decorating so if the walls look bare it's because I'm waiting for your pictures to go up!
I'm looking for a similar aged, considerate professional to share my living space with.
The room is currently part furnished (double bed) however I am willing to furnish the room.
Shared main bathroom but there is also a downstairs toilet. Shared kitchen, dining room and living room (which has a log burner - very nice on the cold winter nights!)
A large garden and parking at the rear of the house can also be used.
I’m pretty laid back and some what of a home bird. Would like to find someone like minded to house share with.
