Double Bedroom Inc Bills And Council Tax

The room is on the top floor of a beautiful Georgian house with a large garden. There are two living rooms, a balcony, and kitchen/diner. The room has a king size bed and small chest of drawers with a skylight and lovely views over the city. You'll have the floor to yourself with a private bathroom, and access to all the shared space too. It's a very quiet and calm spot though on the doorstep of stokes croft. The house is very much a home and would suit someone who likes to live independently but enjoys sharing the occasional BBQ in the garden. No party animals please!

Me: I own the property and currently live in it alone, so really keen to find the right person to share the space with. I work mon-thurs and spend the rest of my time swimming in pools/lakes/puddles, hanging out with my lovely friends, and lazing in the garden. I have a cat so probably not right for people with allergies! I have a great group of friends in bristol and can be a social butterfly when the mood takes me, but i really value my own space and time, so someone who likes similar would be ideal.
