Living Room 1 and dog

looking to a replace a housemate who left us earlier in the summer. After grieving over the loss of them for a few weeks and we are just about ready to erase all memory that they existed and get a replacement!

The house is warm and secure 4 story townhouse with all bills included. There's a small dog that lives here too. Who is very friendly and featured in some of the photos. The room is a great sized double with furniture included.

The house would suit someone professional, sociable enough not to be a weirdo but old enough to know better when it comes to partying every night of the week. We're also going to rent another room shortly but the house is massive- with two living rooms and three bathrooms so it won't feel crowed.

We're not militantly clean but we do our best to keep the house in good shape and there's a cleaner who comes once a week to do the parts that no one can cope with doing.

The house is close to the city centre and you'd have access to all common areas. It would be really important to us that you view the house as your own and feel that your bedroom is your personal space whilst feeling free to use the rest of the house as needed.

Probably best that you're between the ages of 25 and 35 as we all in our mid 20s and early 30s.

There's 3 bathrooms a large kitchen and two living rooms, Internet is super fast and there's a garden with chairs and a BBQ
