It is a double room in a beautiful, two-bed modern flat on Cheltenham Road. Includes own bathroom, two large, sunny outdoor terraces and sheltered and secure parking if required (for an extra fee of £80/month) and very secure entry system. The flat also has a large utility/storage room plus a large airing cupboard. £650 pcm all bills included, with free landline calls and excellent Wifi. Although this is a central flat in a bustling area, it is also very quiet.
I'm a friendly, happy, respectful and tidy person. Would like a similar new flatmate who is looking for a home and not just a room. I am a primary teacher and masters student so very quiet in week and often out and about on the weekends. The landlady is brilliant and deals with anything that comes up very promptly. I'm only looking for females to share with.
