Large double room in lovely house in Montpelier

We're renting a double room in our lovely house in Montpelier, next to Bells Diner.

The house was refurbished when we moved in and has a modern kitchen and bathroom. The room is a large, unfurnished double on the ground floor. There is a living room which leads on to the kitchen which is nice and social. It used to be an old Georgian shop so the house itself has loads of character - we even have an old cellar for storage. We also have a small spare room for if you have friends or family to stay.

A little bit about us - we are Emma (34) and Sam (31) an Events Manager and Duty Manager. We are looking for a friendly, independent housemate (we are sociable but often out and about or working!). Probably looking for a potential housemate to be around our age but not a dealbreaker!

We're not bothered what you do for work, but we are both largely 9-5ers and so during the week keep it very chilled out. The house is recently refurbished so not for you if you like a house party or three! As it is such a lovely place to live we are looking for someone fairly clean and tidy - you can do what you want with your room but we like to keep social areas clean as we sometimes have people over for dinner / drinks etc.

The location is incredible - we are right off Picton Street which is chocablock full of delis, cafes, restaurants etc. The infamous Bristolian cafe is 100m away, but the area is still quiet at night. Walk another couple of mins and you're on Cheltenham road/Gloucester road with the Canteen and Crofters Rights.

Bills are around £110 each a month. So £610 a month in total.

The move in date is flexible - so could start anywhere up to the 1 May.
