Sunny double room w/ parking in great location

Our current flatmates are sadly leaving us and so we have one large double room available.

It is a great flat with high ceilings in a good location, near to Redland, glos road and st werburgs on the other side. And right by St. Andrews park.

The flat has a huge living room and decent sized kitchen and the landlord is very easy going. It’s the biggest room in the flat and is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is plenty of on-street parking (no permit required) and also one driveway space which is available to whoever gets home first!

The bills are around £110 each per month. This includes everything - High speed internet (200mbs), council tax, water, gas and elec. and a kitty for cleaning paper, toilet paper etc. We've also got a TV and Netflix etc.

You will be sharing with me (Harry) and Celia, we are both quite relaxed and like cooking, doing outdoorsy activities and eating croissants. We're looking for someone to join our home who'd be happy to socialise and join in with occasional flat meals, pub trips or play board games etc. but also respect people’s space and alone time.

We let from Andrews and they will need to do reference checks before you are able to move in. We are looking for someone from the start of September.
