5 bedroom house (3 female and one male)

Bright living room where we spend most of our time.

Our housemate is moving out on the 14th of July so we have a spare room in our five bedroom house. We are looking for a tidy person who would like to be part of a sociable house.

The house is in an ideal location in Montpelier. It is a 10/15 minute walk to the city centre, five minute walk to Stokes Croft and one minute from the famous Star and Garter.

The bedrooms are spacious, we have a comfortable living room and a lovely garden where we often sit during sunny evenings.

We are a social house that enjoys spending time together before/after work (usually just hanging out watching Peep Show or occasionally going out for a drink). We mainly work shifts so there's usually someone around. We try and keep the house clean with everyone taking responsibility for the house work. Some of us smoke but only outside.

The rent is £450 and bills usually come to £100 a month. The spare room has a bed but no extra furniture (Ikea is close by).
