I have a lovely double room to rent within my flat.

The room is white painted and sunny comes with most furniture . The room will likley now have new bed and recent new carpets.

There is shared use of bathroom and kitchen only , however happy for flat mate to enjoy living room space as their own when I am at work / out etc.

I work some days from home so ideal for student who quietly working or someone who’s works out of house . I’m also on the road quite a bit with my job , it varies weekly . & some days in the office .

I am out quite a bit have an active and busy social life outside the flat. Whilst I’m a sociable person I need and welcome time to myself. I am looking for a house mate who is likeminded and independent.

I lived/owned in this property for 12 years now - where does time go!!? Montpelier / Stokes Croft / Gloucester road is a beautiful part of Bristol . It’s only a 2 minute hop skip and a jump to bus stop and a nice walk down Gloucester road to town - 10 mins away from the city centre .
Plenty of coffee shops and bars and local amenities .

The room is ideal for either a working professional wanting a quite space or and a student - however not a party student ;-) whilst I'm no prude -long gone are my days of going out every weekend ;-)
