Small Double Room in Montpelier

My housemate (30) of these last 2 academic years has moved out of central Bristol and so his small double room is available from mid-September.

The house is perfectly located: central and yet located on a quiet road - in upper Montpelier. It is 10-15 minutes walk to Cabot and 10 minutes from both St Andrews Park and the cafes bars on Cheltenham /Gloucester Rd. It is walkable from Bristol Uni and the Royal Infirmary.

The house: Has a living room, a large kitchen (equipped with all the usual appliances incl. dishwasher, tumble dryer), dining room. Bathroom with shower. Front and back gardens. Hi speed wi-fi.

The room: small double room, with wooden flooring, bed, desk and wardrobe.

The rent:
£525 + Bills (circa £175-250) depending on heating. (council tax band C).

Who would like it here: Someone who is affable, considerate, with a sense of humour.

It's a quiet oasis at the end of a busy working day, or somewhere to study - and yet only a stone's throw from all that Bristol offers. It's not at all a party house. I'm looking for a house mate who is both independent and who is also willing to be part of a household; someone who enjoys and respects a very clean homely space, willing to chip in with the chores and likes to share cooking and a pint sometimes.

Who you will be sharing with:
Me (the owner) a health care worker, with a Masters in architectural preservation. Age 47. I enjoy travel, being in the countryside, politics/current affairs, netflix, good food and conversation, gardening.
