We have a room available for let in this truly amazing property in Montpelier.

The room will be available on the 8th of January.

Five of us share the massive house which is part of a converted malt house in Montpelier. We are a sociable and considerate bunch and enjoy doing things both as a house and with our separate groups of friends.

The house is privately let and is really big and spread over a few floors: The rooms are very spacious and unfurnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cupboard space.

There is a small roof terrace, which catches the afternoon sun, and a utility room with a washing machine and separate dryer. There is also plenty of storage space and a place to park your bike inside of the house.

Walking distance to Gloucester road and the centre. Close to bus routes and Montpelier train station. On-street parking is easy to find outside.

References will be required which will include employers, previous landlord and a guarantor where appropriate.

There is a one-off £45 admin fee. The bills are included in the rent which includes everything; gas, electric, water, council tax, virgin media, TV licence, broadband and cleaner every week
