Double Room Available For Young Professional

Hello.

I am the live-in landlord of a large two-bedroom flat, situated in Montpelier. I have a good-sized double room available that I am looking to rent out.

The flat is in an ideal location for Stokes Croft / Gloucester Road as well as the city centre. It's less than 20 minutes' walk to Broadmead and a 6 minute walk to Montpelier Train Station.

About the room:
A spacious room with plenty of natural light, a walk-in closet and south-west facing window. The room includes a double bed with mattress, desk, chair, chest of drawers and a bookshelf. All other fittings belong to my current tenant and he'll be taking them with him when he moves out.
The flat has a well-lit open-plan dining room/living area with direct access to a large communal garden.

About me:
I am a self-employed musician so during normal times I am out gigging most of the weekends. I also teach guitar and I run a podcast from my bedroom which I have built into a mini home studio.
Besides working in music I am a big fan of comedy and I keep a pretty active social life. I consider myself a pretty easy person to live with. My current tenant has been renting off me for a year and half so I must be doing something right.

I usually start work in my room writing from around 9.00am Monday to Friday so you will be unlikely to get any weekday lie-in's. This may not be suitable for weekend-workers and those on night shifts.

I use a 6 month rolling contract which we can easily renew if you're happy to stay here for more than 6 months.
