The Bright Double Room:
The double room is a fully furnished bedroom. It has a king size bed with an immaculate mattress, bedside cabinet a cupboard with hanging space and a chest of drawers.

Location:
The house is located within easy walking distance of the Nailsea town centre shops and is a 30 second walk to local parks and woodland walks. It is 5 minute walk to bus stops direct to Bristol. It is a 7 minute drive to Nailsea & Backwell train station and is within 5 miles of the M5 (commutable by train, car or bus to Bristol, Weston Super Mare, Clevedon, Portishead, and surrounding areas). It is ideally located for Bristol Airport.
Nailsea is not renowned for it's nightlife, so this property might suit someone of a quieter nature or of a maturer age. I will let you be the judge.

The House:
The house itself is fully detached, decently sized throughout, has 2 gardens. The main bathroom has a bath with power shower and there is a second WC downstairs. The large lounge-dining room was recently decorated and is available for use by the lodger and homeowner. The kitchen is modestly sized and fully equipped.
There is no need to bring pots/pans or anything like that! just your favourite mug :)

The Lodger (You):
I am looking for a clean/tidy and respectful lodger who is dog friendly to rent the spare double bedroom in my home.

You must be employed and be able to provide references of your current job and of your previous tenancy arrangement (i. e. A Landlord's reference).
