Driveway and on street parking available, along with a small backyard.
Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Three other tenants, currently two males and one female, so they would prefer a female to balance it out, but not a necessity.
Looking for someone who is clean and conscientious, friendly and respectful.
The room is unfurnished, but I am moving out and looking to sell some of my furniture, so there is a potential to buy if you need it.
Bills are not included in rent, and come to roughly £65 pm.
