Hi! Large double room available in a homely 2-bedroom flat, available 1st January. The flat is a 5 minute walk from Cabot Circus, and less than 10 minute walk to Temple Meads. Old Market is an up and coming area with lots of great cafes, bars and cool venues.

You’ll be sharing the flat with the awesome current tenant, Amy (25), who is very fun and friendly. She works 9-5 so is pretty chilled during the week, but up for drinks and music with friends at the weekend. She’s ideally looking for a tidy young professional who’s sociable and interested in making the flat a home, rather than just a place to crash.

The room comes furnished with a double bed (very comfy!), desk, wardrobe and drawers. The flat has a large, fully furnished open-plan living room with full length windows and a Juliette balcony, and has beautiful south-facing views over the city. The kitchen is fully equipped, and has a combined washing machine/tumble dryer.

There is plenty of on-street parking (permit) available just outside the flat, and a keypad access area to store your bike. All bills are included in the rent (£530 pcm). The minimum contract is 6 months, going to a rolling monthly contract after that. I own the flat so no need to deal with frustrating letting agents, and no additional fees!
