This room would be ideal for a professional or PhD student who needs to be in Bristol during the week. The location is great for commuting from out of town as it's about ten minutes' walk from Bristol Temple Meads station. The city centre is a ten minute cycle away (half an hour walk).

The flat is in a gated private development with secure bike parking. The price includes all bills and broadband.

About the room:
Please see the pics to have a look at the room and the flat. It's furnished with a bed, shelves, chest of drawers, desk and chair. There's also a monitor if you want to plug your laptop in.

About me:
I'm a 30 year old guy working in financial services. I've been living in the flat for a couple of years and really like the area! I'm clean, quiet and tidy, don't smoke, like cooking, climbing and reading. I usually swim before work which means that I'm out of the house at about half six, so you should have the bathroom to yourself most mornings.

About the living situation:
As the ad says, the room is available on a Monday to Friday basis. Bed linen and towels are available if you need them and I will wash bedding over the weekends. You'll be welcome to leave some things in the room over the weekend if you like, provided it's still usable as a guest room.
