Hi! My housemate is soon starting a new adventure on the other side of the world, which means I'm looking for a new housemate.

I've been living in the flat for 3 years now, the location is very central (Old Market) , which is great for a quick pop to the shops or coming home after a night out in town.
The flat has plenty of living space. There's a big front froom with sofa and dining table , a separate kitchen area with dishwasher and all the other standard appliances, and the bathroom is shared.

A bit about myself, I'm Lorenz, 29, and I work as an engineer during the weekdays. In the weekends I like to relax and catch up with friends.
I like to play sports and learning new things. I'm easy-going ,friendly and would like to find someone similar, with mutual respect to make sure we both feel at home.
I'm definitely not a clean freak but it would be good to keep the shared spaces tidy as much as you can.

The room is furnished but can be left unfurnished if you prefer. The flat is managed by Blue Sky Property, so there will be an agency fee of 175 pounds for referencing etc.
