Double room in modern near Cribbs/Aztec West

The flat: I have available a double room for rent in a modern flat in Charlton Hayes, a relatively new development between the old Filton airport and Cribbs Causeway.
The room is a double, just opposite the main bathroom, which will pretty much be your own to use. The room is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe (or I'm open to suggestions if you want anything else).
Room includes all bills. Plenty of space in the kitchen for food etc and all appliances present.

Location: The flat is conveniently located for Rolls Royce, the old BAE site, Aztec West and many of the other work places in North Bristol. UWE Frenchay campus is around 15 minutes drive away.
The area is new and it's very very quiet and safe, sometimes I literally am woken up by the birds singing.

Transport: There are regular buses into the centre of Bristol which takes roughly 45 minutes via the Metrobus, which stops directly outside the flat. Bristol Parkway station is roughly 15 minutes by bus or 10 minutes drive. There is space for parking on the street.

Flatmate: I'm Rob and I'm a conference organiser specialising in healthcare events.
I'm very into theatre, particularly musicals, and you'll see from the pictures that I have a piano, which you're welcome to use. I also swim regularly with a masters club, and gym sporadically.
I'm gay and so whoever ends up here needs to be comfortable with that.
I enjoy cooking and would be very happy to share meals sometimes (so long as we can find a slot in our diaries).
