Huge house to share in Portbury

So we're about to sign contracts on this amazing house in Portbury and we're looking for one or two other people to share with us. The rent will change depending on how many of us (cheaper, of course, if there are two more housemates!) Also the sooner you can say yes, the less hassle it will be with adding you to the contract...so if it floats your boat, contact us immediately!

We're looking for easy going, friendly people who want a home - i. e. somewhere to stay for a while. We want it to be a space where we all feel happy and relaxed, where we're able to coexist peacefully and comfortably.

The house itself is BIG, so even though the bedrooms themselves aren't massive, there is a huge living room, a big kitchen and dining room and a study. There's loads of storage space too (honestly you could probably live in some of the cupboards!) and gardens front and back. It's carpeted throughout, has two bathrooms with showers and baths and a downstairs loo. There's an outside bin and bike shelter, so no need for bikes in the house.

Portbury is a really sweet village and it's surrounded by countryside. It's just two miles to the nearest train station, so an easy cycle ride and there are trains to the town centre every half hour. There's also parking space at the house.

We are friends who are both self employed and work from home quite a lot. That said, we're both in love with our sports - Rob's a surfer and I'm a paraglider, so you'll often find us out in the hills or the sea. We're quite creative with our work and would love to welcome more creativity into the space.

We're not really TV people, though both enjoy a movie now and then. If gaming or watching television shows are your thing, we're probably not the right house for you!
