Short stay rooms available in Portishead

I have a 5 bed 4 bathroom detached modern clean family home in between the nature reserve and marina in Portishead North Somerset five minutes from to Jct 19 M5. Ten minutes drive to cinema/mall at Cribbs Causeway, similar distance to Clifton Suspention Bridge.

We have good bus links. (Not on a direct bus route), 2 minute walk to the nearest stops. The area is great for all ages, with many amenities on the doorstep.

I am offering Sun-Thurs room only 1-5 nights per week .

Each room has Tea/coffee facilities - Fully furnished and clean bedding. Towels provided. Wifi/broadband included. Additional £3.50 for breakfast options in the morning. Cereals/fruit/toast - tea/coffee.

Bed 1 double with ensuite £125pw (long term let)
Bed 2 smaller double room with double bed, TV for laptop, double wardrobe £30 per night

Bed 3 single room single bed fitted wardrobe £25 per night - Beds 2 and 3 have shared access to a good size bathroom with bath, shower etc (sole use between the two rooms.

About us - Easy going calm occupants all with good sense of humour - Diverse hobbies, including animal rescue, surfing, sports, outdoor activites love of motor sports - we have pets, Cats/dogs - so must be cool with animals/family home environment - Good size garden/decking for a new property attempting to grow veg.....

I am offering the rooms ideally on a Sun/Mon-Fri basis, non smoker/vaper, perfect as a base if working in the area, good links to the M5. Would suit someone who likes to keep themselves to themselves yet still have the benefits of a decent clean family home environment to sleep at night rather than a hotel.

Will consider a similar arrangement to Air bnb although unlikely immediate availability offered at short notice. I do occassionally have friendly dogs staying with me at the property, and we have cats so anyone who is interested would need to be mindful of this (for allergies etc)

Couples considered, rent adjustment will apply, likewise carer/child for renting the rooms would also be a consideration. Owner live in landlady with full CRB check.
