Lovely, fully furnished double bedroom to rent in a friendly, clean household. The house is close to the water front and the nature reserve in Portishead. The house has three reception rooms, a large kitchen and a garden to the rear.

We are a family of four, although our daughter is away at university. We are a family-orientated, friendly and sociable couple who are equally happy to respect the privacy of others. The house is large enough to always find a quiet spot.

The seaside town of Portishead is an area of choice for those aspiring to live outside the centre of Bristol. It has a vibrant high street, picturesque sea front, marina, sports facilities, restaurants, bars, coastal and nature walks, all within walking distance of the house. Bristol is less than 25 minutes away by car, 15 minutes to Clifton and the M5 is just 5 minutes away, perfect for commuting. There is a bus stop close to the house and regular bus service (X3).

The room is for single occupancy and the rent includes all bills. References and proof of identity are required, along with one month deposit. Sorry, no smokers, no pets, no DSS.
