About the Flat

The flat is very central to the harbour, opposite The Hall and Woodhouse Pub, 5 minutes walk to Lidl/ Home Bargains and a bus outside that takes you straight into Bristol

The flat has been recently renovated and has a brand new bathroom (walk in shower), carpets and a smart eco boiler!

The flat has an open plan living room/ dining room and it includes a balcony with a view of the boats

Room is fully furnished, bills are included with high speed internet and TV

There is also a garage with some extra storage space and there is on street parking with free parking bays across the weekend.

About Me

I work in adult social care at Bristol City Council and I have a sideline music hobby that involves occasional dj-sets or putting on events.

I also enjoy travelling so at the weekends I'm sometimes away visiting people. But when I'm at home I'm open to exploring Portishead and up for going out for dinner, grabbing a coffee or having an adventure somewhere

So with my life being very busy, I do like having a relaxing home to come home to, so I do also value down time and don't want this place to be a party house.

I can't accept anyone with pets as I sometimes look after my parent's dogs (Cockapoo/ Maltease puppy) so you will have to be ok with dogs (they are very friendly).

The room won't be suitable for couples and I do work from home two days a week where I make confidential phone calls etc, so it may not be suitable if you permanently work from home (I understand at the moment it is government guidance for many to work from home however)
