Single bed in a double room

1 first floor, warm and cosy, double bedroom available with recently refurbished and shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden at my home. Room has its own TV and has a radiator from gas central heating, with a single bed, wardrobes and drawers, kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Parking for 2 vehicles on driveway. Ideally looking for a female professional to share my home who agrees living by mutual respect is the way forward. Definitely NO smoking in the house, although happy for smokers to smoke in the garden as long as cigarette butts are disposed of with care and consideration.
