Easy walking distance of local amenities, supermarkets (Waitrose, Co-Op, Lidl and Sainsbury's), shops and pubs (Aqua, the Royal, Hall & Woodhouse to name a few). We are also fortunate enough to have a leisure centre at the end of the road and bus stop to Bristol centre just a 5 minute walk.
The bedroom features an open wardrobe and ottoman bed for further storage. The room is next to and has private use of the main bathroom. There is a shared lounge, separate snug, utility room and kitchen/dinner. Off street parking can be offered for one car but would not suit a large 4x4.
We are a gay male couple, looking to open our home to a pleasant and good natured individual for a Monday to Friday let; anything from 1 month upwards is fine and includes bills.
