Lovely double bedroom in our Family home

The House!

We are and looking for a Monday to Friday lodger to share our lovely home.

We are me (Frances), my partner Gareth and our two boys. My mum also lives with us - she is a super Granny to the boys and great support to us.

We are an easy going couple who enjoy sharing our home with the right person. We are social and lead very busy lives so tend to be early to bed and early risers (unfortunately!!). We have both done plenty of housesharing at university and then having lodgers since we moved to Portishead so I hope that we have learnt to be considerate and thoughtful housemates.

Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a friendly, easy going and reliable professional from Monday to Friday.

What is offered:

A large bright and airy double bedroom overlooking the Bristol channel in a peaceful location. You have a fully furnished double bedroom (wardrobe and desk with drawers) and Kingsize bed private bathroom next to your bedroom. This has a bath, hand held shower and powerful overhead shower. You also have the use of our kitchen (and your own cupboard and fridge space in it) and garden. Wifi is also free.

Location:

20 minute commute into Bristol with access to the M5 corridor only a 10 minute drive. Bristol Airport is approx 30 minute drive. Bus stop 5 minutes walk with regular buses to Bristol.

Not included:

Food/meals, bedlinen, toiletries

We can provide a reference from our last lodger two lodgers who were working nearby by on contracts - one 1.5 year contract and one 6 month contract.
