Hi, I’m Alfie and I am looking for a new flatmate from November as my current flatmate is moving out.

The flat is a spacious ground floor flat in a central location, a very short walk from Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Rd. The flat has a large living/dining room area, a bathroom with a bath and (really great) shower and a good sized kitchen with a gas hob. There’s also a front shared garden (which no other flat seems to use). There is room to store a bike inside. The room is an unfurnished double room with plenty of space for a desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The rest of the flat is fully furnished.

A bit about me: I’m 26 and am a researcher at the University of Bristol. I generally work 9-5 Monday- Friday so am looking for someone who preferably works similar hours. I enjoy climbing, cycling and film & games nights

Council tax: approx £90
A potential fee of £360 to change the contract name.
