CURRENT TENANT

I am a young professional, looking for a likeminded individual who is in work to rent the second unfurnished bedroom in this beautiful ground floor flat. I work a flexible working fast paced job, with a fairly mixed routine but often occupied throughout the week between travelling, office work and exercising. On the weekend I enjoy watching football, going to music events and socialising.

THE FLAT

The communal areas are already furnished to a high standard with most items owned by remaining tennant.

Bedroom -
Large unfurnished room fit for a double bed.
Grand bay windows at the rear of the room, complimentary for natural light.
Comfortable carpet flooring.
Additional storage space outside bedroom (current tennant uses this as a wardrobe/storage space, allowing more space in bedroom).

Lounge -
Large comfortable L shape sofa, which can fold out to a double bed should friends or family need to stay over.
43” TV with full Virgin Media Package (including SKY & BT Sports HD), PS4 games console and high speed Wi-Fi.
Garden hammock situated in the lounge.

Kitchen -
Gas hob cooker, with grill and oven.
Washing Machine for laundry *no tumble dryer*
Modern 900W microwave.
Range of utensils and cooking equipment.

Bathroom -
Full bathroom with shower and bath.

BILLS

£140-160 per month, which includes council tax, energy, water, Wi-Fi and TV licence.
I am currently submitting meter readings to get a more accurate number.
