Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at the end of this month in a great house in an amazing location. The house is no more than 5 minutes walk to Cotham Hill and Whiteladies Rd/Clifton Down Station. You'll be sharing with 3 lovely, easy-going guys in their 20's. Lukas is a sous chef, Oli is a brewer and Guto is the assistant manager of our local pub. The rooms are furnished except for the bedroom, which is much roomier than it looks in the picture. Bills not included but will come to around £80pm. Referencing and fees just £70. Must be able to take over tenancy from 31st December!
