Our flatmate is moving out as she has just brought her own place.
Zoe is 30, a solicitor and loves going to the gym, baking, watching films and Harry Potter! I am 31, work in recruitment, enjoys cooking, play hockey and watching doocumentries!
We're looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy who'd enjoy occasionally hanging out with us in the living room. Sometimes we cook for each other or head out for a few cocktails!
The room is moderate size with built in double wardrobe and is yours furnished or not, it's entirely up to you. There is parking on the road, but would need a permit for Monday to Friday 9-5. If you think you'd get on with Zoe and I, feel free to get in touch and check out the room/flat.
Please note the agency fee is £190. The rent is £430 plus bills (approx. £100 per month.)
