Big Sunny Room in Redland!

PLEASE NOTE: The room is definitely available on the 1st APRIL, but if I can sort out the place I'm moving to quicker then the room could be available as early as the end of Feb.

Hello! Sadly I'm moving out of this lovely room in Redland, right next to the station. There is a huge green out the front of the house, birds singing, a big garden and it's 5 minutes walk from the heart of the Gloucester Road nightlife.

The rent quoted includes council tax but no other bills. Gas, electricity and Broadband aren't too expensive though.

The room is huge and has a lovely big window, desk, wardrobe, drawers and a double bed. Please note it will be a different double bed to the one in the picture (that one is mine).

Landlord is lovely. Very quick to fix anything that needs fixing and easy to get hold of. You will need to meet him before you can take the room. Please note that me, him and my flatmates are looking for people to fill the room so even if you see the property, whoever talks to the Landlord first will get the room.

There is one parking space on the drive for this flat and the other two tenants don't drive so its yours if you take the room!
