We have one double bedroom available from 13th July in our large top floor flat
The room itself is large, bright and fully furnished. The rest of the flat is communal with a very large living/dining (complete with 3 sofas), galley kitchen and a bathroom with a bath and shower.
There is space on the landing to store bikes or if you drive, the road is non-permitted as are nearby streets therefore no permits required!
We are lucky to have a very understandable and helpful landlord who we let directly from, so there are no agency fees. Therefore he has requested a long-term tenant (12 months minimum).
Bills are not included in the rent and come to around £130 per tenant. (This includes gas, electric, tv license, internet, water and council tax)
We are looking for a young working professional who likes having their own space but also likes having a cup of tea/dinner in the evening with the rest of us.
